Subprocessors and service providers

LocalCMO uses service providers only for defined operational purposes. Public store search and connected first-party systems remain separate data flows.

Google Places APIs

Purpose: return region and real-business suggestions during the website store-selection flow. Queries are sent from the LocalCMO server and results are used to identify the business the user selected.

Hosting and infrastructure

Purpose: host the website and application, deliver assets, store authorized service data, maintain backups, and operate security and reliability controls. The specific provider may depend on the deployed LocalCMO environment.

Authentication and communications

Purpose: account access, transactional communications, support, and security notices. Provider-specific notices should be shown in the application or contractual materials when applicable.

Analytics, billing, and connected systems

Purpose: optional product analytics, payment processing, and user-authorized connections to business systems. A connected platform remains an independent provider under its own terms, and LocalCMO should request only the access required for the selected workflow.

Updates

This page is a website-level summary, not a substitute for a customer-specific data-processing agreement. Material provider changes should be reflected here or in the applicable contractual disclosure.
