Before you start

  • You can open Reviews.
  • You know the client, location, review source, or campaign you want to work on.
  • You have access to the original review, rating, date, source, response status, or campaign delivery record.

Steps

  1. Choose the right scope

Open Reviews and select the client, location, review source, or campaign you want to work on.

  2. Check the current state

Review the original review, rating, date, source, response status, or campaign delivery record. Keep the current value or status visible before you make a change.

  3. Add an internal note

Add a staff-only note to a review so the team can keep useful context without sending it to the customer.

  4. Review before you finish

Keep the original customer feedback visible while you review a reply or follow-up action.

  5. Confirm the saved or submitted result

The response, note, request, or report is tied to the correct review source and status.

EXPECTED RESULT

What you should see when you finish

  • The response, note, request, or report is tied to the correct review source and status.
  • The page shows the client or location you intended to change or review.
  • Any approval, publishing, or follow-up status is recorded separately from the draft.

If something does not look right

The option or data is missing

Check the selected scope, date range, account connection, and your permissions. Reply and campaign options vary by review site, connection, contact permission, and local policy.

The result does not match the source

Return to Reviews, confirm the source and checked date, then repeat the task with the same scope. Do not replace a missing value with zero or assume a submitted change is already live.
