Understand the Dashboard
Read the agency pulse, then move from headline signals to the work that needs attention.
Start a C-mo conversation
Open C-mo from the Dashboard or the top bar, start a clean thread, and know which answers are worth double-checking.
Judge a C-mo answer
C-mo shows the work behind an answer rather than a confidence score. Here is what it shows, and the thirty-second check worth doing before you act.
Set C-mo's working scope
Set the scope before you ask, pick a skill when you want a specific job, and understand which memories C-mo reads at each level.
Ask for bigger jobs
What C-mo will do on its own, what it hands back for review, and where to check for an approval step before work reaches a customer.
Add a client
Create the customer workspace that locations, marketing data, and portal access belong to.
Import clients from Stripe
Bring active Stripe subscription customers into LocalCMO after reviewing exactly which client records will be created.
Find and organize clients
Turn a long account list into a repeatable working view for the team.
Understand client health
Interpret the client overview before deciding which module needs attention.
Configure a client workspace
Maintain client-specific metadata and portal branding without changing the agency-wide defaults.
Edit a location profile
Open a location, edit the Master record so every publisher inherits the change, and understand which sections save on their own and when the update leaves LocalCMO.
Use publisher overrides
Override a field for Google, Facebook, Apple or Bing without touching the shared record, and undo it with Reset when the exception ends.
Manage location menus
Build reusable menus with sections, items and photos, then associate them with the right restaurant locations.
Manage location media
Organize a client’s reusable media, assign it to the right locations, and publish location-specific media to Google.
Find assets in Data
Combine scope, source, search, type, status, date, and tags to retrieve the right asset from Data.
Preview and organize assets
Inspect an asset's source and metadata, then use folders and reusable tags to make it easier to retrieve.
Review user-generated media
Triage customer photos with Needs review, Spam, and OK states while keeping Google reporting separate.
Read the Listings Overview
Use the Overview as the triage screen for a location: read the C-mo summary, Location health, duplicates and connection issues, then follow the right link out.
Read Profile Analytics
Read publisher-reported views and actions, understand why the date range stops weeks ago, and compare locations without treating a blank as a zero.
Understand Profile completeness
Read the four per-publisher completeness rings on the locations list, understand why Google and Facebook score differently, and tell this number apart from the Optimizer score and Connection score.
Improve your Google profile score
Read the eight-check Profile completeness score, act on the gaps in the location editor, and check Google's real verification status separately.
Manage location profile content
Find where each kind of profile content is edited, and which publishers actually accept it.
Resolve duplicate listings
Compare each AI-matched duplicate candidate against your own listing, then flag it for removal and track the request to Deleted or Failed.
Update name, address, and phone
Edit the Master identity once so it syndicates to every publisher, and understand what Save and Save & Publish each do next.
When changes go live
Understand the difference between Save, Save & Publish and a publisher finishing the update, and track what is still waiting to go out.
Schedule holiday and seasonal hours
Add a closure or shorter day for a single date, check the date the quick-add chip filled in, and understand what happens after the date passes.
Preview publisher-specific profile values
Switch among master and publisher views to inspect inherited values and overrides, not a pixel-perfect live listing.
Add UTM tracking rules
Set one rule per location and LocalCMO tags every published link, filling in the publisher as the source automatically.
Work the directory table
Filter a location's directories by status, read what each status actually means, and understand which rows offer an action and which are LocalCMO's to resolve.
Understand your Connection score
Read the Connection score gauge, understand which publishers it counts, and work the Requires action list that sits beside it.
Match unpaired listings to locations
Pair the listings inside a connected Google or Facebook account to the right LocalCMO location, and confirm the matches LocalCMO proposes.
Monitor connection health
Find publisher connections that are expiring, disconnected, or inaccessible — and understand why nothing will tell you about them unprompted.
Read Review Analytics
Review Analytics has a lot of panels and only a few decisions. The headline tiles and the agency comparison tell you whether this location needs anything today.
Track review topic trends
Topic Trends compares two different stretches of time on one page, which is why the summary can say a theme declined while the Declining card says nothing changed.
Compare review competitors
The Competitors tab benchmarks your Google reviews against nearby businesses. A perfect rating on a handful of reviews usually loses to a lower rating on hundreds.
Share a review link or QR
Every location has one permanent review link and a matching QR code. No recipient list, no send — and the responses still land in your Invite reporting.
Create a review campaign
Choose where feedback goes, select email, SMS, or both, then review the campaign's content, follow-ups, recipients, and delivery timing before launch.
Automate review-request follow-ups
Three follow-up stages, a cap of ten per person, email only — and one checkbox decides whether someone who already clicked keeps hearing from you.
Use your own sending domain
LocalCMO already sends your invites from an included, verified domain. Connecting your own is optional, and it needs a DNS change your provider has to make.
Embed a review widget
A review widget is a snippet you paste into your site. Check the live preview first — it shows exactly what visitors will get, including how few reviews you have.
Collect private feedback
Two separate settings decide this. One collects feedback privately and asks nobody for a public review. The other screens who gets asked — and LocalCMO warns it can get your reviews removed.
Find reviews needing attention
Review Inbox covers every location, All Reviews covers one. Narrow either down to the reviews still waiting on a reply using Other Filters.
Manage review sources
Sources reach LocalCMO three different ways. Knowing which lane a source is in explains why one is missing, why Facebook shows nothing, and whether you should hide it or remove it.
Understand Review Health
Review Health scores what you did with your reviews, not just what they said. Your star rating is under half of it — replying is the part most locations leave on the table.
Reply to several reviews
Bulk reply only works on reviews LocalCMO can post to — in practice Google and Facebook. That is why Select all can tick itself and still say 1 selected.
Add an internal note
Internal notes are staff-only and never reach the customer or the client. They hide behind the three-dot menu on a review, which is the only reason they are hard to find.
Reply to a review
LocalCMO can post your reply for you on Google Maps and Facebook. Every other review source hands you off to the site itself — and the button tells you which one you are looking at.
Read review-campaign analytics
Follow campaign performance from delivery through clicks, responses, and review destinations.
Compare location review performance
Rank locations by the portfolio metrics shown in Review Analytics and open the outliers.
Export review and campaign data
Get the available CSV exports without promising a PDF that the product does not generate.
Generate post ideas with C-mo
Ask C-mo to draft three ideas for a brand or location, review each draft, then move the idea you want into the post composer.
Create a multi-location post
Publish to connected profiles rather than abstract networks: choose the profiles, name the post, write once, check each network's preview, then publish or schedule.
Networks and character limits
The ten networks LocalCMO publishes to, each one's character limit, which post types Google and Facebook accept, and why the platform filter shows fewer icons than you have profiles.
Attach post images and video
One media set is shared across every selected network, so the strictest network decides what you can attach. The per-network limits, and the four rules that reject most posts.
Find and filter posts
Table, Calendar and Feed are three views of one list. Search and filters narrow it, and the Location picker is the usual reason a post you know exists isn't showing.
Understand post status
The Status column summarises every channel at once. Read the per-channel icons for the real story, including the publisher's own error message, and know which states the filter can't find.
Read post performance analytics
Post Analytics reports Google and Facebook only, over a rolling window. What Posts published, Views and Clicks each count, and why your other networks show nothing.
Boost a post with budget
Boosting promotes a Facebook post through your own Meta ad account. Connect and select the ad account first, then set audience, total budget and duration in the composer or after the post is live.
Read Ranking Analytics
Turn the five stat cards, the rank grid and the four tabs into one next action, even when the location barely ranks.
Read the rank grid
What one grid point means, why some are grey, and when to use Grid Points, Both or Heatmap.
Track rank changes
Compare the latest two rank-grid months, find the keywords that moved, and understand why history is unavailable after the first report.
Add rank-tracking keywords
Enter keywords, set grid spacing, read the credit estimate for what it is, and generate the first report.
Compare local competitors
Read the dominance leaderboard LocalCMO builds from your own grid, and work out what is actually deciding the order.
Compare location rankings
Switch to All locations for portfolio KPIs, a location leaderboard and a C-mo summary of the whole scope.
Act on Next Recommendations
Read a recommendation card's four parts, hand it to C-mo, and know what the orange line does.
Read C-mo insight
Four analyses of your ranking data, plus keyword suggestions — and the one control on the tab that spends credits.
Read your AI Visibility score
AI Visibility scores how often and how highly AI assistants name you in their answers — and nothing else, which is why it can sit far above your other numbers.
How AEO reports are made
Run a location's first AEO report, understand the credit estimate, and know what LocalCMO checks while the report builds.
Read the prompt coverage grid
Every discovery question crossed with every answer engine, scored 0–100. Read a row to find a weak question, a column to find a weak engine.
Interpret AI visibility trends
Use AEO Trends to confirm overall progress, compare answer engines, and turn the remaining visibility gap into a focused next action.
Compare AI competitors
The industry leaderboard ranks you against every business the answer engines named for your questions, overall and engine by engine.
Read the AEO roll-up
Use the AEO roll-up to verify coverage, find the location that is weak on a priority AI engine, and decide whether its issue is local or shared.
Read citations coverage
Citations coverage splits every source the answer engines cited into directories citing you, other sources detected, and key directories missing.
Act on AEO recommendations
The Action center ranks what to do next and links each item to the tool that fixes it — but it ranks relative gaps, not absolute failures.
Agent credits and usage
Read the Credits used, Days to limit and Credits remaining tiles, understand why this month means your billing period, find which services spent your credits, and know what happens when you run out.
Set up and test C-mo
C-mo is already running in your workspace. Work through the setup checklist to prove it has your data, then point its work at the Slack channel your team already uses.
Configure and run a playbook
Find a playbook, read its badges and chips, understand why a draft never runs on its own, and create one by describing the routine in plain English.
Read the Agent audit log
Read the four summary tiles for what they actually measure, narrow the log by initiator, status and date, open one action to see its steps and credits, and export the view you are looking at.
Connect a custom MCP server
Read the Capabilities page in the right order — what comes included, what you connected, what you can search for — then add a server of your own and choose which clients use it.
Understand C-mo skills
Browse the Skills library by category or owner, read what a skill does and which phrases start it, and understand why there is no per-skill permission setting.
Teach a new skill
Describe a job in one sentence, check what the agent understood, keep the approval step on, and watch it try once before you save.
Review C-mo approvals
Review C-mo drafts safely, make the human approval decision, and check the separate publish outcome afterward.
Update the agency profile
Keep the workspace identity and business context current for every downstream surface.
Invite and manage members
Invite teammates, choose the pages they can use, and manage pending or active access from Settings.
Set agency branding
Use one visual identity across customer-facing surfaces and preview the result.
Configure Client Portal branding
Set the default logo, favicon, and primary color clients see in the white-label Client App.
Configure client AI-token sales
Set the default grant, purchase packages, currency, alerts, and payment path for Client App token sales.
Configure a branded domain
Move from a domain choice through the verification state used by customer-facing surfaces.
Create custom fields
Extend records with agency-specific data while keeping client and location schemas distinct.
Change theme and navigation
Choose a personal light or dark theme and a Standard or Compact navigation layout.
Open and navigate the Client Portal
Open the passwordless Client Portal, select the right location, and choose the reporting module that answers your question.
Check client listing connections
Check a location’s publisher connection status in the Client Portal and know when to contact your agency administrator.
Check assistant usage and billing
Find a client’s assistant-token balance and know which billing changes require the account manager.
